The Incredible Edible? Egg...
Well, sometimes it really gets cold in Utah. Especially in North Logan. We suspect that the poor freezing cold chicken had a very hard night in the old chicken coop and out plopped this. Amazing. Do you feel sorry for the hen?

It looks like a giant white walnut. did you break it open? is it real? Was it frozen?
