My 2009 completed books!

My goal is to read 50 books each year. Here are all the books I read in 2009. I wanted to make sure I didn't just read children books but a few hefty classics and politics/history/biographies... Well, I got a few of those in but still read a lot of great children books! I also really enjoy the book groups I belong to. They help me to get some variety into my reading too.

Great job. I am going to fail, but I am hoping to fail by only 5 books...the same as last year.

Yay! I'm so impressed. I was inspired last year by your goal to do 50 that I decided to make my own goal to read 20. I have one more book to go this week but I should make it. Next year I'm doing 25. Maybe someday I'll work up to 50! Merry Christmas!

The various posts from your family on all they are reading inspired me this year and I need to go back and count, but I think I might have actually made it to 50, also aided by a couple quick Christmas reads this last week and a few children's books with my kids.
